Is it unhealthy to eat a soy meat subsitute every day? - soy meat

In general, a turkey (sandwich with vegetables and soy protein) of chicken nuggets or vegetables every day for lunch. Is it safe to eat the day of soy protein all?

Not necessarily bad, but try to take over some other proteins, if you can. Black Bean Burrito or a sandwich with peanut butter instead of the ideal would be to replace soybean maybe 2-3 times per week.

You can eat every day.
Unhealthy about everything.
Soy protein is the best protein and is a tasty way to get a good dose of it.

But, like everyone else, you need to get all the vitamins and minerals.
So you still need to eat more plant food or taking food supplements.

However, it is interesting to note that even if you do nothing but sandwiches and nuggets of soy protein continues to eat, but it would be much healthier than eating meat on average.
